Pemberton experienced it's own "Night of Nights" with the premiere of Jasper Jones last Saturday. It's been over a year since the filming of Jasper Jones in Pemberton. The town's excitement had all but worn off until the movie premiered in Pemberton last Saturday. Three screenings were held in town in what would have to have been the hottest conditions we've experienced all summer. However the locals turned up in droves, despite the heat and 1200 tickets had been sold to attend the screenings.
